Hey guys,

If you  follow me on twitter, you'd see my endless tweets about me trying to get rid of a throat infection. Ever since I caught one 2 years ago (that triggered my health condition), I catch them really easily now which is so irritating. My throat swells up, I find it hard to swallow and all that lovely stuff.

Being ill makes me so moody and rude, yes, I know being ill shouldn't be an excuse for rudeness but when you're ill, you're just not in the mood for anything. 

I've been drinking teas upon teas, teas in the morning, teas just before I sleep, anything that will help get rid of this nasty infection. It's not as bad as it was a couple of days ago but I hate when a cold just lingers.

On top of being ill, my wisdom teeth are acting up again! *sigh*

Moving on from my little complaining sess, my room has become a place for me to take OOTD's due to rubbish weather, I really want to find a great spot near my house for taking blog pictures. I'm already getting bored with my room but I'm gonna have to put up with it for now.

As you guys may know, I'm totally, totally obsessed with eBay right now, I've ordered about 12 things in the past 2 weeks which is actually really bad as I'm also going out and buying things too.

But anywho, I purchased a pair of boots, I'd been on the hunt for the perfect winter boots and I found a pair that I absolutely love. When they arrived, the colour was very different which I don't appreciate (sort out you lighting mister!) but I loved the colour even more. You know when you buy something and when it arrives in the post, it looks even better than it does online? Yeah, that's what happened here!

I'm glad I bought them, I'll do a little post-y on it later on, they were only £10! 

What do you guys think? Like the boots? Apologies for the not showing my face in any of the pictures, I didn't look too pleasant.

October Lust List 13

Well guys, I might as well call this post 'October eBay lust list' because I've been currently obsessed with eBay, I've ordered so much and my watch list is never ending.
There as so many great bargains on eBay, I'm surprised I didn't turn to it sooner when I couldn't find things I wanted online or in store.

I was definitely on the hunt for some a/w bits when I came across the parka jacket, I was so surprised at the price, it was half the price I was willing to pay for a parka. That's when my hunt for more things began.
I've really wanted a long blazer so I found one on the trusty eBay, there's a few colours it comes in.
Last year, I wanted to buy a fur gilet but I couldn't find any that I liked and were a price that I was willing to pay so this year I did little search and I found this one. I love the look of the fur and how long it is!

On to the accessories, I've seen this beautiful necklace all over the blogging world, I love the way it looks on black high neck tops or with a black shirt! (I'm slowly drifting to imaginary dress up land).
I'm starting to love my gold jewellery more and more, I used to be a huge silver fan but I'm starting to like gold much more now. Which brings me to this lovely gold cuff bracelet, doesn't it look beautiful guys?
It's definitely a bracelet I'd wear all the time and the price is even more beautiful!

My last victim is a concealer palette, first of all, I know I don't need it. I just want it.
I can't get out of my head that I won't need all the shades but the price is so attractive that I'm willing to let a couple of shades go to waste. That's bad, I know guys, I can't help it!

Hello guys,

Who's loving Autumn so far? I know I am, the cold has come and I'm not as prepared as I thought I would be but any excuse to go shopping, I'm happy to use.
My wardrobe is slowly building up with A/W pieces and I can't wait to show you guys what I'm wearing, in future OOTD's.

Onto the post, I'm bringing you my top a/w lipsticks. I'm a huge fan of dark, moody lips during a/w, it just ties the look together. Usually darker clothes and make up is what I tend to go for, I've been wearing so much black, it's crazy, I always try to add colour when picking outfits but from head to toe, I've been wearing black. Don't you guys like the all black look? I do like the look.

I've been wearing my dark purple Nivea lipstick a lot, I love how it looks and how dark it is. It's definitely a statement lipstick, you don't have to do a lot with your face because the lipstick makes the face, if that makes sense. Nude shades are also my favourites too, they go great with dark eye make up! What's your favourite shade lipstick for a/w?

If you saw my a/w lip combos, the red and purple combos, you'd see the lip liners I use with the lipsticks, sometimes I mix and match to make a different shade.

If you follow me on twitter, you'd see my ongoing tweets about how much I love tweed blazers and coats.

I really do love them.

I've picked 3 that I've had my eye on online, my favourite has to be the dark BF coat from New Look, however I still can't decide which one I actually want.

I suggested to my mum that I could get 2, she said 'that's ridiculous' as I have one too many jackets and coats already. I said 'I'll get one, it's an investment' haha
I've got so many ways to wear it planned out with clothes I also don't have but I'm so excited!

What are your opinions on the BF coats that are floating about?  And how would you style them? I'd love to know!

A/W Dark Purple Lip Combo

This is the second part of my A/W lip combos, yesterday's one was a red lip combo.

Today's one is going to be my dark purple lip combo, I bought this lipstick towards the ending of  Summer and I couldn't wait to wear it. 

Some people may be scared to wear such a bold and dark lipstick but it's not as scary as it seems. I've never tried a purple lipstick before this one so I wasn't sure what to expect but I really wanted it for A/W so I just went ahead and bought it. Are there any shades you've been scared to buy?

Before buying the lipstick, I went into the trusty Beauty Base and picked up a LA Colors lipliner in Deepest Purple, that's when my hunt for a lipstick began.

This combo lasts all day, I was really shocked to see that my lipstick was still on after having a drink and something to eat. My lips weren't dry either, I don't know if that Nivea being part of the combo helped but I didn't have to apply Vaseline during the day to keep my lips moisturised.

Again, with this bold colour, I pair it with a neutral eye, bit of contouring and that's about it, I think I'm a bit scared of clashing colours so I'll be experimenting!

Hey everybody,

Apologies for being absent for a few days on here, college has taken over my life and the amount of work they're giving us is so depressing. As I'm in my 2nd year of college, thinking about uni, my portfolio and all that is making me so stressed so blogging's taken a backseat recently.

Anywho, I'm back to share with you my lip combos for a/w, the first one is my red lip combo.

I've been wearing it a lot this a/w and my bright red has been forgotten.

I usually where this combo with a simple neutral eye, very minimal make up because the lips are quite bold.

The lipliner keeps the lipstick on as opposed to wearing the lipstick by itself. I put the lipliner just on the edge of the lip with some vaseline first to moisturise the lips and then put the lipstick on top. 

Even when it started to rub off, my lips are still quite stained so it's not as noticeable, getting it off is not a problem, my L'Oreal micellar water does the job!

Hey hey!

July is my birthday month and producing this lust list was so hard because there was so much stuff I'd been lusting over to get for my birthday.
Some stuff I've already purchased e.g frilly socks but I thought I would add it anyway.

I've been wanting a bunch of beanies for the longest time but I always wear my hair up so it seems pointless to buy so many but this A/W, I'm going to change up my hair and give it a bit of a break and that's where the beanies come in handy. I guess...

Printed trousers. It's taken me forever to like really like a pair of printed trousers but the polka dot pair from New Look really appealed to me whilst I was on the site.

If you've been reading my blog from more or less the beginning, you'd know that I love bows (my header had a bit fat bow in it), when I saw this necklace I fell in love almost immediately, doesn't it look so beautiful?
The pinafore playsuit was something I saw in the New Look store but I ended up getting the black pinafore, when I saw it in the sale, I loved it even more. It's very summery, even though my aim is to buy stuff I can wear throughout winter too,  I'd probably wear it during winter anyway haha

I love frilly socks. The way I've seen different fashionistas styling them lately makes me want to have a frilly socks collection. I think frilly socks are a hit or miss but with the right styling skills they could look amazing!

Recently, I've been thinking a lot about A/W because I feel like summer is going to be over soon, so a dark lipstick has been on my mind, either a dark purple or red or both is needed...umm right now.
