OOTD | Black & Navy

Hoodie Adidas | Jeans Primark | Bomber Jacket H&M | Trainers Sports Direct | Watch eBay

Hi guys,

It's been a while since I've done a OOTD, I can't wait for Summer (and for my sister to be more helpful) so I can take more outdoor OOTD's. I'm so looking forward to Summer however British weather doesn't stick to seasons, rains when it likes, snows when it likes and then we get the occasional heatwaves (I wish!)

With this outfit, I kept it casual like I usually do but I rekindled my love for my quilted H&M bomber jacket.

I bought it last Spring and I loved it, the fit, the colour, the bright orange lining and the fact that it was quilted.
When A/W hit, it was just too cold to wear it, even layered up so it's been sitting in my wardrobe ever since. I threw on my aviator jacket first but I wasn't feeling it today so thinking about what I could replace it with, I scanned the wardrobe and voila!

Even though I'm wearing dark colours, I think I look quite Spring-y, I think it's my hair and that fact that I'm not wearing a coat!

Hope everyone's well, I'll try and do more OOTD's, I like showing you guys my outfits.
Thanks for reading!

April Lust List 2014

Nike Air Max Thea Premium - Nike | Birkenstock Madrid Black Patent Flat Sandals  ASOS |

Hey everyone,

Can you believe we're in May already?! We're nearly halfway through the year, it's like New Year was only last week. Time's flying!
I did a lust list only a couple of posts back, can't believe I'm sitting here typing up another one!

I've been eyeing up so much lately, managing to pick out only five items was a miracle.

Me and my sister are trying to plan a 4-day trip to Paris for Summer and the thought of holiday shopping excites me. We haven't even travelled down to Brighton by ourselves let alone Paris but we wanted to go on a really adventurous (and challenging!) trip together this year.

I'll start with footwear so on my list first are Birkenstock sandals. They seem to be in the limelight at the moment and I've been sucked in, they're really summer-y sandals. Apparently they're comfortable too! I know there's dupes in Primark and I really want to get my hands on a black patent pair.

Next is a pair of trainers (no surprise there!). I saw a youtuber talk about these pair of trainers and I fell in love. I went on a virtual hunt and found an even more beautiful pair. They look gorgeous, they're probably my number 1 lust item this month!

Third on the lust list is a bralet, I love the way they look and how I've seen people style them. I think this one in particular would look great under sheer black tops. Ooo yeah, I need!

And lastly I have some summer/holiday accessories. First is a weekend bag, I love big bags and I carry one on a daily basis but this one looks even bigger and it just makes me look forward to Summer even more.
I love the panelling and the shape!
And secondly are some sunnies! Every year, I buy a new pair (or three) of sunglasses, who doesn't? I found a website called ZeroUV and they have amaaaazing sunglasses on there, this was one out of the millions (slight, just slight, exaggeration!) I loved. The style, the accent colour are just . . . amazing haha!

So that's my April lust list, what have you got planned for Summer and what have you been obsessing over?
Let me know and thanks for reading!

Happy May!

Superdrug 2 in 1 Cream Wash & Mask | Skincare Review

Superdrug Deep Action 2 in 1 Detoxifying Cream Wash & Mask

Hey guys,

I planned to put another post up today however I didn't like the lighting in the pictures so I scrapped it.
Instead I have a skincare review, oh yeah, skincare!

I'm not a hardcore skincare person but I love making sure my skin is looking flawless, I mean, who doesn't?
Whenever my skin is starting to look a bit crazy, I put it down to dirty  make up brushes or it being 'that time' of the month.

When I do have clean make up brushes and it's the normal time of the time, my skin is fairly spot-free and smooth looking.

I really like the Superdrug Deep Action skincare range, I bought the facial scrub around Christmas time and loved it. A few months later, my face was a bit sore and a bit dry (I have oily skin!) so I wanted to look for something more gentle on my skin.

I opted for the Superdrug brand, cream wash. It doubles up as a facial mask which I think is a great idea.
I used it for about a week and my skin was quite dry but I think my skin was trying to adjust to a change of product because afterwards my skin went back to normal.

I'd say I saw a difference after about a week and a half when my skin stopped being dry so no there wasn't 'visible results from day 1' like promised. However I noticed my face wasn't as porous as it usually is and it's much smoother.
It's really gentle on the skin and doesn't burn my skin in the process of 'detoxifying' my face.

I use it daily and I personally don't think it's too much for my skin, it is quite gentle so if you have sensitive, I think you'll be alright. It does control my shine like it says it should, some days I go without powder on and I find myself only slightly shiny, much less than I usually would.

I think this is a winner for me, also coming in at £2.50 or a little bit more, I'd definitely recommend it. I will be repurchasing along with the facial scrub!

Have any of you tried it, do you like it or nah?
Let me know your views and thanks for reading!
